1. About FundsForAll

FundsForAll is a crowdfunding platform that connects donors with verified NGOs and charitable causes across India. We facilitate the collection and disbursement of donations but do not ourselves solicit donations on behalf of any cause.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use our services. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Donor Terms

All donations made through FundsForAll are voluntary. Donors acknowledge that:

  • Donations are directed to the specified campaign/NGO
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable regulations
  • 80G tax certificates are issued by the respective NGO, subject to their registration status
  • FundsForAll does not guarantee specific outcomes from donations

4. Fundraiser Terms

Fundraisers and NGOs listing campaigns on our platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about their cause
  • Use funds solely for the stated purpose
  • Submit to our verification process before campaigns go live
  • Provide regular updates to donors on fund utilisation
  • Comply with all applicable Indian laws including FCRA regulations where applicable

5. Platform Fees

FundsForAll may charge a platform fee on donations to cover operational costs including payment processing, technology infrastructure, and campaign support. Fee details are displayed transparently during the donation process.

6. Verification and Moderation

All campaigns are reviewed before being published. FundsForAll reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any campaign that violates these terms, contains misleading information, or is otherwise inappropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on fundsforall.co including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of FundsForAll or its licensors and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

FundsForAll acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for:

  • Misuse of funds by campaign organisers
  • Failure of NGOs to deliver promised outcomes
  • Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Privacy

Your use of FundsForAll is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

FundsForAll may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
